Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
